KETENTUAN PESANAN PEMBELIAN
- This PO is valid upon approval by an authorized officer of PT Triefta Aroma Nusantara. Prices are fixed, and any change to price, quantity, specification, or schedule requires written approval. The Supplier shall confirm this PO within 2 working days; if no written objection is received, the PO is deemed accepted.
PO ini sah setelah disetujui pejabat berwenang PT Triefta Aroma Nusantara. Harga bersifat tetap, dan setiap perubahan harga, jumlah, spesifikasi, atau jadwal wajib disetujui secara tertulis. Supplier wajib mengonfirmasi PO ini dalam 2 hari kerja; tanpa keberatan tertulis, PO dianggap diterima. - Goods must conform to specifications, from the latest production batch with at least 80% shelf life remaining. Substitution of product, brand, or source is prohibited without written approval. Goods must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including halal certification where required.
Barang wajib sesuai spesifikasi, dari batch produksi terbaru dengan sisa masa simpan minimal 80%. Penggantian produk, merek, atau sumber bahan dilarang tanpa persetujuan tertulis. Barang wajib memenuhi seluruh peraturan yang berlaku, termasuk sertifikasi halal apabila dipersyaratkan. - Any change to raw materials, formulation, process, or production site must be notified in writing at least 90 days in advance.
Perubahan bahan baku, formulasi, proses, atau lokasi produksi wajib diberitahukan tertulis minimal 90 hari sebelumnya. - Every shipment must include a batch-specific COA, SDS, and tare weight information. The PO number must appear on all delivery notes, invoices, and tax invoices. Incomplete documents may result in rejection or withheld payment.
Setiap pengiriman wajib disertai COA sesuai batch, SDS, dan informasi tare weight. Nomor PO wajib tercantum pada surat jalan, faktur, dan Faktur Pajak. Dokumen yang tidak lengkap dapat mengakibatkan penolakan barang atau penundaan pembayaran. - Goods must be delivered on time and in the PO quantity. Partial deliveries require prior written approval. Excess or short deliveries may be rejected, and excess goods will not be paid for. For late delivery, PT Triefta Aroma Nusantara may cancel the PO without liability and charge any resulting costs to the Supplier.
Barang wajib dikirim tepat waktu dan sesuai kuantitas PO. Pengiriman parsial wajib mendapat persetujuan tertulis. Kelebihan atau kekurangan kiriman dapat ditolak, dan kelebihan barang tidak dibayar. Atas keterlambatan, PT Triefta Aroma Nusantara berhak membatalkan PO tanpa kewajiban apa pun dan membebankan biaya yang timbul kepada Supplier. - Signing a delivery note confirms physical receipt only. Goods are accepted only after passing QC. Non-conforming goods will be returned and replaced at the Supplier's cost. Rejected goods not collected within 14 days may be returned or disposed of at the Supplier's cost and risk.
Tanda tangan surat jalan hanya tanda terima fisik. Barang dinyatakan diterima setelah lolos QC. Barang yang tidak sesuai dikembalikan dan diganti atas biaya Supplier. Barang yang ditolak dan tidak diambil dalam 14 hari dapat dikembalikan atau dimusnahkan atas biaya dan risiko Supplier. - The Supplier is liable for hidden defects throughout the product's shelf life, including related costs of recall, rework, and third-party claims.
Supplier bertanggung jawab atas cacat tersembunyi selama masa simpan produk, termasuk biaya penarikan produk, pengerjaan ulang, dan klaim pihak ketiga yang timbul. - Payment terms start upon receipt of complete and correct documents. Paid sample costs will be deducted from future payments. PT Triefta Aroma Nusantara may offset any amount owed by the Supplier against any payment due.
Termin pembayaran dihitung sejak dokumen diterima lengkap dan benar. Biaya sampel berbayar dipotongkan dari pembayaran berikutnya. PT Triefta Aroma Nusantara berhak memperhitungkan setiap kewajiban Supplier terhadap pembayaran yang jatuh tempo. - All PO information is strictly confidential. Any bribery, gratification, or commission will result in permanent blacklisting and legal action.
Seluruh informasi PO bersifat rahasia. Setiap bentuk suap, gratifikasi, atau komisi mengakibatkan blacklist permanen dan tindakan hukum. - This PO is governed by the full Terms and Conditions of Purchase at www.trieftaaromanusantara.com/purchase-terms. By processing this PO, the Supplier is deemed to have agreed to all such terms. These terms prevail over any terms in the Supplier's quotation, invoice, or other documents.
PO ini tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Pembelian lengkap di www.trieftaaromanusantara.com/purchase-terms. Dengan memproses PO ini, Supplier dianggap telah menyetujui seluruh ketentuan tersebut. Ketentuan ini berlaku di atas syarat apa pun dalam penawaran, faktur, atau dokumen Supplier. - This document is electronically issued and valid without a wet signature or stamp.
Dokumen ini diterbitkan secara elektronik dan sah tanpa tanda tangan basah maupun stempel. - In case of discrepancy between the English and Indonesian versions, the Indonesian version prevails.
Apabila terdapat perbedaan antara versi bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia, versi bahasa Indonesia yang berlaku.
